Thursday 7th June: Chest

Ended up back at home Thursday as per the previous post...Bah!!!


  • DB Floor press:
    • 1 x 10 x 5KG
    • 1 x 10 x 10KG
    • 3 x 10 x 15KG
  • Flyes:
    • 3 x 12 x 5KG
  • Tricep extension (overhead):
    • 1 x 12 x 5KG
    • 3 x 10 x 10KG
Short but sweet, completely different to what I normally do, but I had an awesome chest pump.

Roll on next week!
